Mediation and Arbitration of labour and commercila disputes 

Mr. Richard I. Hornung, Q.C., of Calgary, has a wealth of experience in Industrial Relations, labour law and the resolution of corporate/commercial disputes. He was Vice-Chair of the Canada Labour Relations Board and Chairman of the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (B.A., LL.B.) and the London School of Economics (LL.M.). He taught at the University of Alberta Law School and thereafter, until his appointment as Chair of the Saskatchewan Board, practised law, specializing in Civil Litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution. Mr. Hornung has extensive experience as a mediator and arbitrator and is the author of an comprehensive public policy report on construction industry labour relations in Saskatchewan.
