Mr. Herman Huybrechts is an associate of the Brussels office of the law firm De Meester, Ballon, Billiet & Co Lawyers, in short Billiet & Co. He concentrates on computer law, telecom law, e-business law, European Community law and arbitration.

Education

Mr. Herman Huybrechts graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain (Lic. Juris) and gained a D.E.A. from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas (European Community law). Thereafter, he worked as a trainee at several prominent law firms in Paris before enrolling at the Bar in Brussels.
