Comparative Commercial Arbitration Training
The Association for International Arbitration is pleased to announce that it will launch its first Comparative Commercial Arbitration Training. This will be held in the heart of Europe (Brussels, Belgium) from the 19th to the 24th of August 2013.
Planning:
Date: November 30, -0001
Place: Campus Brussel - T'Serclaes/Hermes/Erasmus Stormstraat 2 Rue de l'assaut 1000 Brussels, Belgium
Time: 19th-24th of August, 2013
The Association for International Arbitration is now offering a six day intensive course in Comparative Commercial Arbitration. Among other things, students will learn how to draft an arbitration agreement and gain knowledge on the model clauses of the main arbitral institutions. In addition, they will learn about the different strategies and techniques in the arbitration process and how to avoid the annulment or setting aside of an arbitral award. They will gain practical understanding by participating in a mock arbitration moot case. Applications are now open for the first session beginning on the 19th-24th August 2013. Spaces are limited so submit your application sooner rather than later!
