AIA Conference

Conference on ADR
The Association for International arbitration (AIA) organised a Conference on critical issues raised in the “The Commission of The European Communities’ Green Paper on Alternative Dispute Resolution In Civil And Commercial Law Brussels, 19.04.2002 COM(2002) 196 final”. As part of its efforts in the development and promotion of ADR in Civil and Commerical Law, earlier, the AIA had submitted a Response to the Commission’s aforesaid Green Paper and the present Conference was an endeavour to bring together some well known experts in the field in this region so as to try and suggest solutions to the difficulties discussed in the Green Paper.
