Cecile Oosterveen is a legal counsel specialized in arbitration at Billiet & Co. She is also responsible for the marketing and organization of ADR related events for the Association for International Arbitration. Cecile is a certified mediator and specialises in international investment arbitration. She is the contributor to `Arbitration in Belgium` - Getting the Deal Through` - Arbitration 2015. She has co-authored `A Practical Guide to Investment Arbitration` (Maklu - 2015). She graduated with a Master European Law and a minor Human Rights from Maastricht University, The Netherlands. She has completed an LL.M in international commercial arbitration law at the Stockholm University, Sweden. She works in Dutch, French and English.
