How to quantify your damage? – preparing for a negotiation/ mediation/ arbitration/ litigation
This seminar is designed to provide its participants with a concentrated and affordable educational experience in the areas of negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation with respect to damages. It is specifically aimed to provide practical help to those who wish to grasp the fundamentals of how to quantify their damages.
